Coffee and Talk

We hold monthly strategy meetings on the first Tuesday of each month that run from 12 noon to 2pm. These sessions cost £10 (includes lunch) and are attended by members of Step by Step that have either had private coaching or attended one of our workshops, plus those interested in finding out more. So you will have a chance to hear it from them, what a difference the strategies have made. You are welcome to attend a meeting. The inital meeting will cost £30 and will include a presention about our Formula 1 Theory. You will recieve a £20 discount workshop voucher.

The meeting consists of a meet and greet session, the Formula 1 presentation followed by sharing of success stories and sharing of any areas members are struggling with. From this the group will find new strategies for the month ahead. The focus is on celebrating the things that are great in our lives and a chance to change the things that are not so great, in a non judgemental, supportive and caring environment.

We are just like an extension of your own family accept we won't take you for granted and we will still make sure you look after yourself. We will truly care about you, we will listen and more importantly we will hear you, we believe in you even when you forget to and we never give up on you. Our commitment to help is unconditional. We just ask you to care enough for yourself to take a little time out for one of our sessions and we will do our best to assist you in finding the right path for you. You can attend as many or as little of the strategy meetings as you choose. But before long I imagine they will be the first thing you book in the diary and everything else will work around them. It will probably be the most important 2 hours you spend on yourself.
